  It’s 2011!  Our e-mail accounts are filling up fast with quote requests, and booking info.  If you would like Iron Skillet to cater your next event, it may be in your best interest to get your menus into us, so we can book your specific date.  The weekend slots are filling up quick.
  
We hope everyone had a great holiday.  Unfortunately it’s back to reality for most people, as they go back to work and start another year.  
 
 The diet plans are still underway, and will surface in the near future.  There is a lot of preparation involved in these packages, what with the calorie counting and portioning of the daily meal intakes.  So if you are one of the people interested in this program, please be patient, we promise that they will be available shortly
  
Want to learn how to cook like a chef?  Executive Chef Justin Myles and Myself, will be putting up cooking/recipe video’s every once and a while.  One is in the works right now, and we think people are really going to enjoy it.  Justin is going to make one of his signature dishes, telling you how to make it, step by step, and take you through the plating procedure, to really impress your guests.  We’ re having  a lot of fun making it, and we know people will be excited to try it for themselves.
 
 As we finish this update, we’d like to let everyone know about our new “Finder’s Fee”.  If we book a catering event with someone, and they mention your name, we’ll give you $100 out of our pocket! Easiest $100 you’ve ever made!

This Holiday Season, is turning out to be a busy one for the Chef's here at Iron Skillet...

First and foremost, we would like to thank all of our new and existing customers, for their outstanding support. It really inspires us to keep creating new and exciting menu ideas, to make your event a memorable one.

Iron Skillet will be trying something new. We will be offering hand made nutritional meals, for busy individuals, who still want to maintain a healthy diet. This package would be ideal for fitness enthusiasts. Our Executive Chef Justin, is a bit of a health buff himself, and thought that this would be beneficial to other busy health nuts. Justin has been researching multiple diets for the past few months, and has come up with some amazing results. Whether you are trying to gain muscle mass, lose weight, gain weight, or just eat healthier, Justin has come up with some outstanding menu's all ready to heat and eat. When we launch this program, we were thinking about, putting together a few different packages, including delivery (locally at first) for all of you busy people out there.
